Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, used pet accessories (collars, feeding items) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
